[jaws-uk] Jaws compatible web creation

Hi All,
Just a quick question, I'm in the process of building a website for a local
org. I don't write in html so would like a package which will hel me build
a basic site. It must work well though with jaws.
Any suggestions? I don't simply want to use word.
