Hi,

Snap, this is exactly what I am talking about, it's very annoying on webpages, 
catastrophic on email where the delete key gets held down.  Had it once in a 
word document with the delete key also, the undu function worked in this 
instance.

i quite often get it on web pages where it behaves as if I'm holding
down the down cursor. Sometimes this could be me accidentally holding
it down but I'm sure it's not me every time.
