Hi Nigel,
nVidia produce a single driver for 2000 and XP. They call
it "Unified Driver Architecture" or "UDA".

It's an nVidia FX 5200
Is that any help? I got a friend to have a look on the
manufacturers website but they only certified drivers for XP
were for windows server 2003 and the sixty four bit version.
