Hi Ismail, Sorry if I'm suggesting the obvious, but is Word maximised, the
normal view is selected in the view menu and the zoom is set to %75?

Hi All,
This is my first time.
I am having problems with Jaws 9 and 10 in word 2003
When I am highlighting text using shift and cursor down Jaws is reading part
of one line and part of the secondline so it is not reading the full lines
as you are cursoring down.
Has anyone any suggestions because this does not happen in version 8
