Hi, when I had a Hd failure being under 3 year warranty I called out manufacturer andEngineer sent putting a new Hd, I then tried to put back Jaws, all efforts failed, and I updated Jaws up to Version 7, no joy, I discovered that without telling me the Company had turned bmy Xp Home Desktop into Professional, they said when I complained " people are normally very happy if we give them something better", was that the end of the story? No far from it but I will spare you the harrowing details only say, watch those Engineers do not sign any worksheet until they have read every word and keep asking questions, and if one of them mentions words like ghosting! Send him packing. Dorothy!----- Original Message ----- From: "Chris & Doris" <chipmunks@xxxxxxx>

this depends on your jaws license. If you have a home license, it will only work on xp home but if you have a pro license, it will work on both xp home and pro. the jaws program itself is the same for either version of the operating system. hth DorisHi Was there a standard and a professional version of Jaws 6? We have Jaws 6 working with XP Home and I'd like to know if it will work OK with XP Professional instead. Thanks very much. ---------- Windows Live Hotmail just got better. <http://clk.atdmt.com/UKM/go/134665311/direct/01/>Find out more!** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:jaws-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** jaws-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:jaws-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** jaws-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
