Hi John,
I now notice that skype wasn't the cause of the whole problem. I am still
finding that even after removing skype, as described in my earlier reply,
there are occasions when neither insert down arrow nor insert A will allow
me to read a whole e-mail message in Outlook 2010 on this HP desktop running
windows 7 Home Premium 64bit, Jaws 16 and Magic 13.
I will experiment over the holiday and see if I get the same problem running
Jaws 15 and Magic 12, as I still have that combination as a back-up.
