Hi Chris, I chose window but I didn't get any meaningful info. I can't
remember if I tried the other two options. As I said I gave it a quick try a
couple of times with the flash dialog so my findings can't be at all
conclusive.

Not tried it but did you choose to capture the window, screen or control?
Window seems to be the recommended option but others still come in handy.
