JAWS 7 does not support IE8. In fact IE8 wasn't even in Beta when
JAWS 7 was about.
I suggest you uninstal IE8, which should take you back to IE6.

Help!
I've downloaded IE 8 onto my PC - using XP and Jaws 7.1. When I went
into google, there's a message saying open parent documetn, like a PDF
doc. What's going on?
It was the Mrs who actually downloaded it as loads of sites said they
wouldn't support the browser we had before, but she seems to be able
to use it all right. The screen is the same for her to look at. Any
thing I should know about?
