Hi, Unfortunately you can't, that's the latest version compatible with XP.
You need a newer operating system, Windows 7, 8 or 10 when it comes out
later this year before you can use IE9, 10 or 11 now. So your faithful old
laptop is becoming more and more unfaithful.... pity because XP was not a
bad system and Microsoft have dumped it altogether, no more support.
