I suspect it may have something to do with your IE settings.
I can access both my Vigors with IE6.

Hi all,
Increasingly I'm coming across websites which work fine
with Firefox but don't work at all with IE. One of which is
the front page I control my Vigor router from. Can someone
explain this phenomena? And ah, I'm using JAWS version 7.0
on a Windows XP.
