From what I know, you could not sell your Jaws licence. Freedom
Scientific doesn't give you that right. This is decisively stated in
the end user licence agreement, under section 2.5.
Here what it says:
"2.5 License and Not Sale.
The Program is being provided by a non-exclusive license and not as a
sale of the Program. Licensee should understand that it does not own
the Program. Licensee is only licensed to use the Program for the Term
of the applicable License. By virtue of the License, Licensee does not
obtain or possess any ownership in the Program or any related
copyright or other intellectual property rights in the Program." So if
you sold your licence, Freedom Scientific won't recognise that and may
even terminate your authorisation if noticed. So please, make sure you
do not harm emptors.
