[jaws-uk] How many JAWS users?

Forgive me - I know could be off topic, but my intentions are good:
I'm developing a new screenreader which uses more voices, more sound
effects, more music to reflect meaning and context in the text (what is a
heading/subheading/caption etc).

My question is - how many people use screenreaders in the USA / UK?
I need to know for my fundraising efforts, and thought that all of you on
this list would be a good place to ask.
