If JAWS reports the calendar as read-only, then unless sighted
people may edit the dates in the calendar, it is for information
only; dates are specified in an edit box. If the instructions on
the web site say to select travel dates from the calendar then
either they are stale instructions or the web site designer was
given different specifications. Write to the Webmaster,
describing the inconsistencies. They will investigate the matter
and reply to you, found a problem with the Apple Corp. web site.
Worked dandy with a PC or Mac, but with a phone it worked
entirely differently. Called Apple Corp, the person said that was
how the min web site worked a couple of years ago. Found the web
site had both a regular web site and a mobile site, the web site
sensing which type of device you gave. I Once I reported the
problem to Apple Corp., it was remedied in a couple of days.
So even big computer companies can have website problems.
