I'm also unable to navigate to the dialogue box using JAWS. However when the
dialogue box pops up, , pressing Alt + S saves the username & password. HTH.

I have come across this problem with Google Chrome. You need somebody with
sight to help you for, when you have completed your user name and password,
you have to click an icon with the mouse at the top of the page. Jaws cannot
read this, even using the Jaws cursor. John Wells.
