The following is from Eric at Freedom Scientific.
---------- Forwarded message ----------

All,
Both the ILM release version and the Demo version of 7.1 are now posted
on the Web site. I have also included the list of Fixes from the What's
New page that went in between the final beta and final release. Please
spread the word if you would.
Regards,
Eric Damery

Fixes in the Final Release Version

The release version of JAWS 7.10 was made available on Thursday, June
21, 2006. The following issues were fixed between the last public beta
update and the final release version of JAWS:

1. When you customize a list view, the selected item is now
properly announced when you use first letter navigation.
2. When using a language that reads from right to left, you can now
select text properly.
3. In previous versions, when you had detected SAPI 4 synthesizers
and then added a synthesizer using Installation Maintenance, JAWS
removed the detected SAPI 4 synthesizers from the Language menu. The
issue does not occur with version 7.10 and the new Synthesizer and
Braille Manager.
4. You can now successfully install Spybot 1.4 while JAWS is
running.
5. When using MAGic and JAWS together, JAWS can now successfully
recognize check box states in ActiveSync.
6. When using MAGic and JAWS together, the JAWS setting for
Document Presentation Mode overrides MAGic's settings.
7. The JAWS TypeString function no longer inserts a grave character
when using a British English keyboard layout.
8. If you use the /Type SilentRemote parameter to install JAWS on a
remote server, JAWS no longer prompts you to install video intercept
drivers when it starts.
9. Drivers for the Alva Satellite braille display can now be
installed correctly from the Synthesizer and Braille Manager.
10. In Internet Explorer, JAWS now compensates correctly for
unclosed anchors in HTML code.
11. JAWS now reads the Title attribute for form fields on Web pages.

12. Performance and responsiveness in Forms Mode has been improved.
13. JAWS no longer stops speaking when you visit a certain Web site.

14. When you use the TAB key to move to links on certain Web pages,
JAWS no longer repeats the link if you are using a braille display and
Screen Track Virtual is enabled.
15. In Internet Explorer, JAWS no longer appends a heading line at
the end of each check box in a list of check boxes while you are in
Forms Mode.
16. Resolved an issue with read multi-line edit boxes in Forms Mode.

17. Resolved an issue where JAWS was not reading some content on
certain Web pages.
18. JAWS now reads lists that are nested inside tables correctly.
19. JAWS now correctly recognizes selection lists on certain Web
pages.
20. You can now access unlabeled extended selection list boxes in
Web forms.
21. In Firefox, JAWS now recognizes line breaks correctly.
22. In Firefox, JAWS no longer repeats access keys for links.
23. In Outlook, JAWS now reads the drop-down list correctly when you
add a new contact.
24. In Outlook, JAWS now announces list items in the Options > Tools
dialog box.
25. In Outlook, JAWS now correctly reads the Look In combo box when
you save a message.
26. In Word 2003, JAWS no longer fails when you open the Macro
Security dialog box and use the arrow keys to navigate the radio
buttons.
27. When checking your spelling in PowerPoint, JAWS no longer reads
the previous incorrect word and suggestion instead of the current word
and suggestion.
28. In PowerPoint and Word, JAWS now reads the File Name edit box
correctly after you move to it from a combo box.
29. In Microsoft Access, JAWS now provides complete information
while navigating tables.
30. Text that you type into PDF form fields now appears correctly on
your braille display.
31. In Adobe Reader, navigation in Forms Mode using the TAB key has
been improved.
32. In Adobe Acrobat/Reader, JAWS now announces date/time edit boxes
correctly.
33. In Adobe Reader, PDF documents now open correctly inside browser
windows.
34. In Adobe Reader, you can now use the arrow keys to select radio
buttons.
35. JAWS now reads text fields in the Adobe Acrobat/Reader user
interface correctly.
36. Resolved an issue with reading tables in Java applications.
37. In AOL 9.0 Security Edition, JAWS no longer reads the dates of
e-mail messages twice when you navigate the list of messages in your
inbox.

status of folders.
