Hi Steve, Go o Printers and Faxes, and double click on the printer in question. A dialog will come up which will list any pending jobs. Alt + p should bring up the printer menu. In that list will be "Cancel All Jobs". To all, Maybe this might be one for George's expertise concerning printers but any help would be appreciated. This printer should jobs get cancelled or are caused to stop has a queuing system. E.g. when jobs are queued you can't print. So, step by step, how do I locate the queuing jobs and delete them to enable me to print.
