Hi
The article gives the steps to roll back to a previous version of Win 10
https://www.dummies.com/computers/pcs/undo-windows-update/
Worth a look at.

Also worth updating office 365 about once a week by pressing alt f followed by
d and then r which lands you on the update button to see if this sorts the
problem out. Cheers! Graham

Hi all
Not sure if this is useful but a few months ago I had issues with MS Word /
Office 365, it would open then when I tried to add rows to a simple table it
would slow down and often take 2 minutes to finally settle on the new row
totally useless in a work situation, I sent sample s of my table document to
Sight and Sound and they could find nothing, they sent the issue to Freedom
Scientific JAWS and it was rectified by Sight and Sound following the JAWS
advice of going back six months on the Win 10 updates and all was good, they
put a stop on Win 10 updates on a weekly basis and changed the Win 10 updates
to every 3 months or something like that.
So in summary it was the constant Win 10 updates that JAWS was not able to keep
pace with and by only doing the updates on Win 10 less often it was hoped that
JAWS was able to keep up with the bugs that were found. Sight and Sound did
the settings changes remotely on my PC but I think you can alter the frequency
of updates in the security / updates settings on your Pc.
Best
Gary

Jamie
That's exactly what I'm having as well. I informed Freedom Scientific who
referred me to Microsoft. And neither of them accepted responsibility for this
issue. They each blame the other one.

Hi Joe,
Yes, but only on the second time of opening a spreadsheet in that session. The
first time I open any spreadsheet it works quite well but any following
spreadsheet takes a long time.
I’ve no idea why it’s doing this.
