[jaws-uk] Chat windows Pop up.

Hello, in previous versions of Skype, a pop up window with a chat alert used to
appear when a message is sent to you.
In version 6.18.0.106 which is probably the latest for windows, nothing alerts
when a new thread is sent to you.
It really exasperates me, because I have to manually look for new threads.
I wish if there is a way to configure and optimize Skype so its to work
virtually with what used to be in 3.8.
I dont need all these advirtisements.
Microsoft has captured Skype for its commercially manipulating attitude,
without caring that much about accessibility concerns.
I believe that a formal delegation of blind Skype users for windows has to
scrutinize this issue with Microsoft technical officials.
