If it is text which appears on the screen, when the error is in focus press control insert W. This is the virtualise window keystroke and will place the contents of the entire window into the jaws virtual viewer for closer inspection. You can select all of the text with Control A or some other method, copy it to the clipboard, escape out of the viewer and paste it into an Email. I've tried copy and paste but it doesn't work, is this the function of print screen? if so, how do you save it, do you have a saving option? can it be easily transferred to an email or is it an image or graphics? Any help much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
