You might investigate Message Rules under Tools. In the Rules submenu there is
a "Block Senders List". Alt T then R.
I use Message Rules myself but in the Mail section of the Message Rules. I
have to say it is very effective.

Without opening an Email, is there a shortcut key for blocking further
messages from the sender? If not, is there one after opening?
