[jaws-uk] Backup software

Hi all
I am thinking of buying a new external disc drive, to copy music files and
books to. I would also like to perform some simple backups of my main drive
to it. Can anyone suggest some backup software that is accessible, or a
200GB+ drive that comes with some accessible software.
I have Windows XP and JAWS 7.
