Hi Angela,
If you have a message highlighted but aren't actually in the message, there
is an item in the tools menu to add the sender to the address book.
If you are reading the message, you should find a sub-menu in the tools menu
from which you can choose to add the sender to the address book.
There is also a check box in the send tab of the options on the tools menu
to specify that people that you reply to are automatically added to your
address book.
