Think I got you. Go to Menu Bar, File, New Submenu, in there you'll find an
item to create a new contact. Or use Alt C as a quicker way to create a new
contact.
I assume that you're using Jaws and Outlook Express?

In the bottom left hand side of my screen, some of the people I email are
in a what looks like a box.
When I email these, I just tab to their names and press enter. Them. just
carru on as normal with my email.
