Barbara, I have certainly set up this verification system for my Mastercard but I'm afraid that it was sufficiently long ago that I can't remember if I did it myself or with help from one of my kids. Once it is set up, the only thing that you end up having to enter is your password and, from memory, it may be one of those situations where you need to use the Jaws cursor to get into the right area initially. Sorry I'm so vague on this - if I need to use it in the near future, I'll try to remember to report back again. This is very similar in operation to the Chip and Pin process that you find in most high street retailers. If the bank from which you obtained your credit card is enrolled in these schemes, your banks own security page will be displayed on the right and you will either be asked to enter your password or to enrol in this scheme. On successfully authenticating with your bank, your bank will authorise us to continue with the transaction. This is a MasterCard and Visa initiative and if you have any questions or concerns, please contact your bank or call our support team.tication. Has anyone used this verification process and if so, is it accessible with JAWS? Barbara
