Just a quick note to thank you for fixing the issue of the left and right
bracket keys. Now I can type accented letters in Spanish without any
difficulty.

A small update to version 3.12 of J-Tools is available. This ensures
that the left and right bracket keys can now be used.
Use the Check for Updates command in order to retrieve the update.
The left and right bracket keys were initially used as layered commands,
to move to the first and last element on a web page. These are now:
First element equals J-Tools key then Windows+a character key, such as
J-Tools Key then Windows+A for first anchor.
Last element equals J-Tools Key then control+Windows+character key, such
as J-Tools then Control+Windows+A for last anchor.
