Thanks for your message.  

Questions:
1. Did you follow the steps exactly as described within the learning module
for this command please?
2. Is the folder you are trying to train at the top level of the folder
hierarchy alongside Inbox, Sent Items, etc?
3. Move into the folder list with the "Go to Folder" command, navigate to
the folder you wish to train and say "Store Email Folder".
4. Try starting out with a simple folder like "Sent Items" and see how you
go from there.

Hi,
 
I have been trying to use the train e-mail folder command, however, JAWS
will just say, "training e-mail folder" and then jump down to the LARGE
FOLDERS folder and it does not seem to train anything.  Any idea what I'm
doing wrong?  Thanks.
