When you do the training, you're asked which microphone you'll be using. You have to choose the correct connectivity, e.g. USB, Mike in, Blue tooth etc. It's doubtful that you would have been able to get past the volume and quality check if you had chosen the incorrect microphone. Try turning the microphone on manually by pressing the pause key. Then use the command, Check microphone. It should respond, Microphone on. I think the microphone is correct as well but I am not sure. How can I find out? Thanks. Hina. From: j-say-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:j-say-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Martin, Sue W. Did you select the correct microphone when you did the training? Sue W. For example when we say "listen to me" then "start Microsoft word" nothing happens. Any suggestions? We have enabled the macros. Any advice will be much appreciated.
