Hi Stuart
Once you have the J-Say update, there really shouldn't be a problem. We have
the text echoing reliably in Word/Outlook 2013. Today I have been working on
the text notes which I think you use, I have now put that update into beta
testing and am awaiting the results of those tests.
If you upgrade to 2013 and we haven't released the update, I can certainly
let you have what we do have right now which will give you most of your
functionality apart from the text notes.
