Oy, Of course that's how you change the key that turns on and off the

Hi Ariane,

The mapping will occur in dragon. You navigate to the options dialog, tab to
the command you want to change, hit the spacebar on that command, press the
print screen key and that should be that.

As for the limited dexterity issue, have you considered using the sticky
keys option in windows? See the accessibility options applet.
