Hi David

How are you training it please, through the My Words utility or in some
other way?

The reference, no menu available, can be disabled through the configuration
wizard, j-say key with W.

This simply means that you haven't built a custom menu.

Thanks.

Subject: [j-say list] Dragon not saving any of the training I give it

I have a problem, where Dragon is not saving any new vocabulary that I teach
it. When I close Dragon and reopen it, it acts as if I had never trained it
on the new word. I am taking all the right steps to train it.

Here is a complication that may explain some of this. My laptop has two
hard drives. The software is all on aC Drive, including the Dragon
software. There is a directory calledAstec off the root of that drive,
which does include files that appear to be fromJ-say.

I have a second hard drive where I store all my data. It is anE drive.
THERE IS an Astec directory on that drive as well. It does not contain any
files or folders. I tried renaming that directory, but it made no
difference.

If this helps at all, when I load Dragon, it typically says"no menu
available". I don't know if that means anything to anyone.

I welcome any suggestions.
