No, it has a large number of bug fixes, and I would recommend running them
as it improves the reliability of toolbox applications such as Messenger
Pro. I do not know of any disadvantages. The 32bit toolbox is the one
useful thing ROL have done in recent years, and the only thing for Iyonix
users, so make the best of it.
