[iyonix-support] Printer problems

Hi there
I have made an interesting discovery. If I save a copy of a Fireworkz
document in RTF or CSV formats, they then print OK on the printer (but
of course the formatting is wrong).
This looks to me as if its a prob with Fireworkz rather than a prob with
either the printer or the USB to Parallel interface.
If this is the case, who do I talk to about Fireworkz (v 3.06)?
