Thanks to Chris for the v_timings, I've been able to set up my 22" LG Flatron Wide 

Here's mine

# 1680 x 1050 (60Hz)

h_timings:162,202,64,1680,32,100
v_timings:6,30,0,1050,0,3
sync_pol:1
endmode
