From the other thread...

Go to the $.Apps folder on your hard disc (not the Apps folder on your
iconbar) and Shift-double click on !IyoUpWtch.  Load its !Boot file into a
text editor, and comment out the last line with a | (the line after the
comment which says "Comment the next line...".  Save the file, and after
the next reboot, IyoUpWtch won't run.
