[isapros] Slightly OT: SBS Premium downgrade rights

If a new small company purchases SBS Premium (will only use OS and SQL)
which includes SQL 2005 workgroup, does that license include a downgrade
right to SQL 2000 in the same way if a company purchased SQL 2005 Standard
they would have a downgrade right to SQL 2000 Standard?
The reason for the question is that an application they are going to used is
build on SQL 2000, and while no gotchas are expected if SQL 2005 is used, a
fall back plan is desired.
