[isapros] FTP SSL

Have you had success connecting to an SSL FTP site? I'm using WSFTP
application to connect to a site. My ISA log shows an open for FTP, long
pause and then a close FTP. I'm not sure how to begin to troubleshoot
this without any in my ISA logs to guide me.
All I get it this message from the application:
Initializing SSL Session ...
220 compuscribe.aitsoft.com X2 WS_FTP Server 3.1.4 (4214436439)
AUTH SSL
234 SSL enabled and waiting for negotiation
SSL Connect error 2:
Connect Failed.
SSL Connect Failed
Host type (1): WS_FTP Server
