It's not either of those things. There's no AV on this box and it's
brand new server so the likelihood that the drives are going bad is low.
Nothing indicated as such in any of the logs either.

The most common cause of this failure is a file-based AV product that
hasn't been told to ignore the ISA cache folder.
Short of that, start looking in the system event log for disk errors.

I'm getting this error every couple of days on an ISA 2006 server. I
didn't find anything in the KB. Anyone point me toward the solution?
