Ok, done that. I'm still getting this 500 target principle name is
incorrect.

Server can ping the site name and get the internal IP.
Listener is listening on right IP
Certificate name and host header name match.
Same certificate is in ISA and IIS.

The first packet fails on the publishing rule. It is going to the
internal IP:443
Second packet is initialization on the public IP
Third packet is close on the public IP.

Where I am going wrong?

thanks,

Amy Babinchak

You haven't defined it in ISA Network have you?

All you need to do is add it to the nics IP properties and that's it.
Select the ip from the listener tab.

That the IP exists on two networks, External and SecondIP. I created
SecondIP because I need to use a second listener too. Listener 1 is on
port 443 on the first IP and listener 2 is on the port 443 on the second
IP.

That's the way to do it. What's the actual complaint that ISA is making?

Can ISA have 2 IP's on the external NIC? I need to publish 2 SSL
websites with different listeners. 1 to each IP. I added the second IP
to the external and setup the rule and it worked perfectly for 3 days
and then the server was rebooted for patches. Now I have the Firewall
service complaining about the second IP on the external NIC and the rule
no longer works.
