Create a destination set for www.lexis.com
Create a routing rule that uses that "specified destination set" and "does
not cache".

Is anyone else having problems with ISA caching www.lexis.com? A lot of my
users are complaining about pages not displaying properly from lexis today
when I moved them over to the new ISA cache and I'm wondering if anyone else
has already experienced this.
I'm not an ISA expert but I want to tell ISA to NOT cache www.lexis.com how
do I do that? It was easy to do on Proxy 2.0 but seems to be hidden
somewhere in ISA's feature set.
