w3proxy.exe crashes and Dr Watson logs USER.DMP

Hi,
I hope someone can help, this afternoon I added a web publishing rule too
our ISA array, after making this change the machine stopped responding. I've
since removed the change and the w3proxy service still refuses to come up.
I have since searched and search the net for any clue as to why this is
happening.
The event log just lists the alerter saying that the w3proxy service failed
twice in the last couple of seconds.
As a work around I've moved the IP address to the other server in the array
- which seems to be working ok.
Any reason that this could happen and how to I fix it?
