Re: w3proxy service crash !

Since the Auto Detection listener is configurable and you've changed the
outbound web requests listener port, I wasn't making any assumptions; that's
why I ask...

If you're running the auto-detection and the outbound listener on port 80,
that's the reason the web proxy service is choking.
Either:
    1. change the outbound listener port
or
    2. change the auto detection port
or
    3. disable the auto detection listener

TCP/IP won't let two different listeners use the same resource.
