vpn connection drops contantly

Good afternoon everyone,
A user is connected to VPN and his connection drops every minute or so.
On his machine I found event id 20159 which leads to this article on
Microsoft site.
http://support.microsoft.com/search/default.aspx?qu=831531 but these are
only for 2000
I ran a monitor on and all I get is these
