to authenticate the browser as well as to allow yahoo messenger

Hi all,

For my yahoo messenger to allow chatting, i created a  site and content rule

Destination : all destination, Schedule : always, Action : allow, Client set 
(ip address), contents: all contents.

For the Browser to ask for authentication bfr accessig internet( HTTP), i 
created a site and content rule

Destination : all destination, Schedule : always, Action : allow, Users, 
contents: all contents.

After creating these 2 rules, iam able to access the http from the broswer but 
it is not promting me to for the authentication

So how should i configure the rule to allow access yahoo messenger as well as 
for the browser to ask for authentication bfr accessing http.

Can any one provide me a solution for this
