You need to create a route:
Something like that on the ISA server.
"Route -p 192.168.20.0 MASK 255.255.255.0 192.168.2.1"
192.168.2.1 is your router

Subject: [isalist] subnets

http://www.ISAserver.org

Hello,

We just set up an ISA server. When we are on the same subnet as the
internal card, 192.168.2.x we can go right through the server. When we sit
on subnets 192.168.20.x or 192.168.3.x we cannot get through. Any
solutions??

Thank you
