Server Shutdown: -Get a copy of Winat.exe -Get a copy of Shutgui.exe -Copy both to c:\winnt\system32 -Make a batch file that does this: shutgui /R /C -Save the batch file in c:\batch -Create your scheduled job using Winat: c:\batch\bootit.bat Done.
