slow web access

Config:
2k server
isa
exchange
all on the same machine. Works fine. Webpublishing, dns, exchange everything
works great.
Except. Outlook webaccess.
After login on server. First no page. 5 times refresh. No pages. 5 times
refresh. The page cannot be displayed
Does it have to do with socket pooling? I read a lot about it but everything
else works fine.
