Is it saying the schema is not available? Are you trying to install ISA Enterprise in "array" mode or standalone? To install in array mode your server must be a member of the domain as the installation process updates the AD schema. You should be able to test the connection between your ISA and the Domain Controller. You will also need to be a member of the Ent Admins group if you want to run the Enterprise setup.
