I love it when an isaserver.org list member can't search the website where they 
joined the list...
First, only Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003 support RPC over HTTP; literally no 
other client / server combination does.
Second, if you want to configure this for Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003, read

Is it possible to connect outlook 2000/2002 to Exchange server 2000/2003
using RPC over HTTPS using ISA. If it is possible are there any documents
