Dear Jim
    thank you for your response. I have just followed your instructions and it 
has been worked well. one more problem faced me that the DHCP stoped working. 
before installing ISA2004 it was working well.

i have windows server 2003 installed with active directory,
DNS,RRAS,DHCP and ISA2004 server. my problem is : how can I prevent
clients from accessing the internet when they logon as ' on this
computer' not as a member of the domain?

any help will be appreciated.
