Could be ISA is having difficulty accessing the requesting user's
credentials.
What event log entries do you find on the ISA?

Hi,

I've built a new rule to access a site using a protocol. I've set the
permissions for a user. When I that user uses the created rule through the
firewall proxy client to access the site defined for that protocal, the
response time is very poor (more than 20 seconds). But if I change the
permissions for all users to use that rule the response time is 'realtime'.
What may be happen?
